The SecurElement Emergency Core Recovery (ECR) program provides temporary replacement
hardware in the event of equipment failure. SecurElement will guarantee temporary replacement hardware,
or equivalent in abilities, within four (4) hours of hardware failure as well as system restore (based
on valid
SecurElement recommended CDP backups) within eight (8) hours of hardware failure.
