The following sections outline the policies around the SecurElement cloud environment offering as well as services provided through SecurElement’s cloud infrastructure. By signing up for our cloud services, you are agreeing to the following rules, requirements, regulations, and conditions. SecurElement may also provide other non-cloud related services to you that are governed under a separate Master Services Agreement which would also be executed and accepted by you.

Acceptable Use Policy - This Acceptable Use Policy governs your access to and use of facilities, services, or resources owned and operated by SecurElement.

Privacy Policy - This Privacy Policy discloses how we collect and use information in regard to the visitors to the site, customers of the services, and choices that users can make about the way their information is collected and used.

Terms of Service - The Terms of Service govern your access to and use of SecurElement’s services and equipment.

Service Level Agreement - SecurElement offers the following Service Level Agreement for its cloud server product.

License - If your order includes provisions for SecurElement to provide you with third-party-licensed operating system(s) or application software, you are also agreeing to and become immediately subject to the terms of the applicable end-user-license agreement(s) for the applicable third-party-licensed operating system(s) and application software that is currently applicable. Upon request, SecurElement will provide you with the relevant third party agreements for review.
